Exchange & Return

The consumer has the right to a trial period of 14 working days. In that period he or she may return the product without further obligations to Nl Retail. NL Retail will then return the purchase price.

If you are not satisfied with your article and do you want your money back? This is not a problem. You simply need to follow the steps below.

    - Go to My account and select My tickets.

    - Give as subject Return. And in your message, you specify which article you want to return
      and the reason      for the return.

    - Also indicate the order number of your order.

    - Specify also whether you want to return or exchange the item that you want to.

The warranty expires when the clothes worn and/or washed or attempt is a failure to restore yourself.

Returns are only accepted if the packaging (including tags) of the item is undamaged. This also means that the costs for return shipments are at the expense of the consumer. NL Retail refund will in no case the shipping/packaging costs. NL Retail does pay the shipping costs of re-shipping items.

For a return shipment, according to the return instructions, NL Retail will pay the refund within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
